Made-to-order production
Every Dresorra piece is crafted after you place your order, based on the measurements you provide at checkout. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Production time varies by design and will be shown before checkout or in your order confirmation.
Delivery timeframe
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to your address via a courier suitable for your region. Delivery time varies depending on your country and city.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Shipping fees
Shipping is included in the item price. No extra shipping charges will be added at checkout.

- Your measurements entered at checkout (your piece is crafted based on them)
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order
Since every item is crafted specifically according to your measurements after payment is confirmed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order pieces in the following cases:
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect measurements entered at checkout
- Preference-based reasons (color, style, or fit expectations)
When we can help
- Your item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect
- You receive an item different from what was ordered (e.g., a different design)
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short video (if possible)
Review & resolution
- Fix / adjustment
- Replacement
- Refund (only if no other solution is possible)
Alterations
Some designs may require minor adjustments after delivery due to natural measurement variations. If you need help, contact us and we’ll guide you on the best next step, or advise what can be adjusted by a local tailor.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once we start crafting your piece, cancellation may no longer be available because it is made specifically for you.
